If the woman has custody of the child the man pays; If they are married, then he pays spousal support temporarily depending on the amount of kids, but Halle isn't married to him so why should she have to take care of a man who worked before the baby and she has custody. Yall need to get over it and she shouldn't have to take care of a lazy, crying bum who's clearly playing her for her money. Give credit where its due. He's a bum.

Like the earlier posters said, he is NOT a bum...he just didn't make the kind of money that she does. She is the one who insisted that he have multiple nannies, security teams, etc..also...when he was dating the Kardashian tramp...she had a damn fit and insisted he end the relationship...everyone knows "you gotta pay the cost to be the Boss"!! Mr. Berry could have had a child or children when she was MARRIED. She chose NOT to at the time. As far as relationships go,IT takes two people to want it & maintain it (PERIOD!).
