The first one is Halle Berry. My guess for the R&B singer is Ron Isley.
Definitely Halle for the first one...Now the second is tougher maybe it's Al Green... He was recently on stage at a concert. Isn't Ron Isley in jail right now?

Ron Isley is not in jail as of Thursday July 5th. He was just in New Orleans for the Essence Fest. Unless he was lip synching a few songs. He sang majority of them live. But I agree that the first one is Halle.
